Over the past 26+ years, I've built a career across manufacturing, software, consulting, and leadership. I started on the steel plant floor as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer and evolved into leading enterprise software, consulting, and delivery teams across eight organisations and three countries.
What has remained constant is a simple belief: understand the business problem first, then build the right solution.
My journey has taken me from JSW Steel to leadership roles across software, automation, and manufacturing technology companies, including Saksoft, Algorhythm, Essar, Broner Metal Solutions (UK), and now PSI Software SE, where I serve as Department Manager.

At PSI Software SE, I lead cross-functional initiatives covering resource planning, workforce optimisation, financial governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and capability development. I also support solution design, pre-sales activities, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
A lifelong learner, I continuously invest in new skills and technologies. Most recently, I completed the Professional Certificate in Agentic AI & Applications from IITM Pravartak (IIT Madras), applying AI, RAG systems, agent orchestration, and AI-assisted development to real-world business challenges.

When I'm not leading projects or exploring new technologies, you'll find me writing and sharing insights, building an EdTech venture, studying Sanskrit literature and Haridasa Sahitya, or enjoying trekking, fitness, and the outdoors.
